Twenty-Four Hours
Under normal volumes of business, all racquets will be completely serviced within 24 hours of their receipt. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Total Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisified, for whatever reason, steps will be taken until you are. No more settling for good enough.
